Some users have reported problems with connecting to the ClearHost website. We spotted an error in our DNS zone which meant that some internet DNS servers couldn't resolve the ClearHost IP address. All of these issues have now been resolved and customers should now be able to connect. If not then leave another 24 hours for DNS servers to refresh.

Our billing system is currently having problems talking with the teamspeak server. This issue is currently only affecting new customers. We are trying to sort a fix and hope the issue is resolved soon.

The teamspeak server went down last night at 21:59:05. We currently don't know why this happened and engineers are investigating to find a fix, we apologize if there was any inconvenience caused by this. The server is now back up and running!

Lightning has become unresponsive, engineers are investigating and the server should be online shortly.
This issue has now been resolved. Please report any existing problems to support.

Beryllium became unresponsive, we have sent a server reboot in to the data center. It should be back on-line shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

During Today, Sat 10th there may be disruption to the Client Area due to an upgrade. Other hosting services will not be affected.
